2. Services Description
Digisigns provides custom signage, vehicle wraps, storefront graphics, apparel customization, and promotional printing services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time.
3. Ordering Process
All orders require approval of design proofs before production begins. Once production has started, orders cannot be cancelled and deposits are non-refundable. The client assumes full responsibility for the accuracy of approved designs.
4. Payment Terms
A 50% deposit is required to begin work on any project. The remaining balance is due upon completion before delivery or installation. We accept major credit cards, checks, and electronic transfers.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
Clients retain rights to their submitted content and designs. However, Digisigns reserves the right to use images of completed projects for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes unless explicitly requested otherwise in writing.
6. Design Ownership and Usage
Custom designs created by Digisigns remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. After payment, clients receive a non-exclusive license to use the designs for their intended purpose.
7. Product Quality and Warranties
We guarantee our workmanship and materials under normal use for a period specified in your project agreement. This warranty does not cover damage due to improper installation, maintenance, vandalism, or extreme weather conditions.
8. Limitation of Liability
Digisigns' liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific product or service in question. We are not responsible for indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our products or services.
9. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in Palm Beach County, Florida.
